TECHNICAL DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS FOR SKATEPARK ELEMENTS

THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO BID A SKATEPARK

Engineers and Landscape Architects are often caught in a Catch-22 when it comes to specialist drawings for "unusual" projects like skateparks.  They have to put together a bid package for a skatepark, but don't want the liability of drawing and stamping such niche structures.

In addition to our planning & design services for A/E professionals, Skatepark Workshop can provide those drawings, as well as industry-standard specifications CSI formatted for easy inclusion in bid documents.  If needed, we provide drawings stamped by a state licensed Engineer or Landscape Architect.

A typical bid set includes:

• Perspective Drawing

• Materials Plan

• Layout Plan

• Steel Plan

• Grading & Drainage Plan

• Jointing Plan

• Sections

• Construction Details

• Technical Specifications

Our professional services let local Landscape Architects and Civil Engineers work with local users to design the park that's right for them. While some projects require a full service contract with a top-tier skatepark designer, many can be done locally at much less cost.

Of course, we're happy to also give input, review designs and suggest revisions - but we understand that skateparks can be very personal projects.  When municipalities and/or advocate groups are putting up the time and money to build a park, we believe they have the right to have it just the way they want it.

To get a proposal for Technical Drawings & Specifications or any other professional skatepark service, please email us at skateparkadvocate@gmail.com and we will respond ASAP.
